Dear P1076.1 WG members,

The vote on the proposed new Operating Procedures of the WG closed on Friday at
midnight UCT. I have received votes from the following WG members:

Peter Ashenden
Jim Barby
David Barton
Joachim Haase
Ewald Hessel
Tom Kazmierski
Michael Mirmak
David Smith
Thuy Tran
Alain Vachoux
John Willis

all approving of the revised document. Of the 11 votes, 3 were invalid because
they were either sent by ineligible voters or arrived too late. This leaves 8
valid votes.

According to the old Operating Procedures the WG has 12 members that are
eligible to vote. This yields a return of 66.67%, which is the majority required
for approving revisions of the WG Procedures. Since all returned votes were in
favor of the revision I declare the revised Operating Procedures as approved by
the WG. The document will become effective after approval by the DASC.

I would like to thank all of you for your participation in this vote.

Thanks.
Ernst Christen
