1076.1-2007 publication

Dear colleagues,

I've been advised by the editor at IEEE that 1076.1-2007 will be published
and available for sale on November 15. Congratulations to all involved!

My understanding is that WG members who participated in the development of
the standard will receive a complimentary copy in due course.
