Vote closed at 5pm US-PDT, on Wednesday 10 August, 2011. <br /><br /> At the July 28, 2011 meeting it was decided to propose that the working group policies be changed so that the officer positions are as inclusive as allowed by IEEE rules. The intent is to encourage participation in the officer positions. This means requiring only the chair to be an IEEE and IEEE-SA member. In addition, a DASC membership requirement was added to the chair.

Only one sentence changed. Section 6.1, 1st paragraph, last sentence, is now:
<verbatim>    The chair shall be an IEEE member, individual IEEE-SA member, and DASC member.</verbatim>

was previously:
<verbatim>    All officers shall be IEEE members and individual IEEE-SA members. </verbatim>
