I do not really consider it so much a misnomer that it is unacceptable. -- %BUBBLESIG{ThomasPreusser - 2017-01-22}% ='ELEMENT= might be acceptable for file types, because the abstract a stream of values in an array like way, it's not a good choice for access types.
