---++ Meeting Discussion
   * We discussed the reorganisation of the repositories in GitLab.
      * A landing site was created using Sphinx in a new repo named IEEE-P1076.gitlab.io. We agreed on several modifications:
         * Move 'participating' to main page.
         * Change 'phone meetings' to 'web meetings'.
         * Reword the 'Status'.
      * A clean Packages repo will be created, with a main branch mirroring https://opensource.ieee.org/vasg/Packages. The previous packages repo will be renamed to 'Packages-2019'.
      * We will keep using TWIKI as a wiki and for uploading binary assets (PDFs, DOCs, etc.)
   * Some PRs related to the LaTeX repository were merged, and an example PDF was added to section PrivateDocuments of the wiki.
