      * Lots of discussion on reflector from John Aasen and Ernst C.
   * Arbitrary Length Integers 
      * UNIVERSAL_INTEGER = BigNum
      * Rob cited example where used 80 bits and is worried about increasing over time.
      * Ryan: BigNum always unconstrained. For synthesis, we need constrained integers.
      * Base type: BigNum. Integer is a 32-bit constrained subtype.
      * Allow UNIVERSAL_INTEGER as a function parameter, but otherwise usage must be constrained
      * If usage of BigNum slowed integer performance to 1/3 of what it is now, is that significant?
      * AI: Ryan to add integers as 32 bit constrained subtype of UNIVERSAL_INTEGER
   * Reviewed FILE_IO Proposal 
      * Edited during meeting.
      * Copy items from OSVVM.TranscriptPkg into the textIO package?
