   * We need to review with implementers as to what is accessible and how
   * Are PSL events postponed process? 
      * P'Transaction incurs a delta cycle & is problematic if it is a postponed process
      * Most inputs are clock based and design wise, would have a setup prior to clock and would be valid 1 delta after clock
---++ Assert API
   * Assert statements that use A'transaction are problematic 
      * Either disallow use of A'transaction with them, or require usage of a non-zerio delay in a similar of S'delayed
---++ Attributes for Enumerated Types
   * T'Length and T'Range - during past week, Brent indicated his support for this.
   * Jim: What I use most often is T'Length-1. Perhaps we need a T'POS_RIGHT.
