All,
 
The elections for a new Secretary of the P1076.1 Working Group closed on Wednesday, April 17. I received votes as follows:
	* 5 votes from Voting Members, all for Joachim Haase. These votes were counted.
	* 6 votes from people who are not Voting Members, all for Joachim Haase. These votes were not counted, but the participation in the vote counts toward WG membership and voting membership.
 
I therefore declare Joachim Haase as duly elected Secretary of the P1076.1 WG. Please help me to congratulate him to his new role. Joachim's term starts now, and it will end at the end of 2014. I will ensure that the corresponding responsibilities will be transferred from Alain Vachoux to Joachim shortly.
