Reminder: Call for nominations for P1076.1 VHDL-AMS WG officers

Dear colleagues,

A reminder - I'm still looking for nominations for Vice Chair and
Secretary...

As Alain indicated in his earlier message, I will be conducting the election
of officers for the IEEE P1076.1 VHDL-AMS Working Group. Please refer to the
prodedures of our parent group, the IEEE DASC, and the procedures of the
Working Group for the rules govering the process:

To start the process, I invite nominations for the positions of Chair, Vice
Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Please forward nominations to me by email
(reply to this message) by 5pm US-PDT, Friday October 26. Please include the
nominee's name, affiliation, email address, and the position for which
nominated. Self-nominations are acceptable.

The requirements for nominees are:

- Chair and Vice Chair must be members of any grade of the IEEE, member of
the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA), and members of IEEE Design
Automation Standards Committee (DASC, our parent committee).

- Secretary and Treasurer must be a member of IEEE DASC.

If nominees don't meet these criteria, I would be pleased to point them in
the right direction so that they can accept nomination. Nominees can accept
nomination for at most one position.

Please note also that in the forthcoming vote for officers, voters will need
to be members of DASC. If you would like to join or renew yoru membership,
you can find the form at
