------------- Announcement -----------------------------------------------------------

The IEEE Design Automation Standards Committee (DASC) Group on VHDL-RF/MW*
plans to meet
at the Design Automation Conference (DAC) next week in New Orleans.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, 13 June, 8 AM to 12 noon in Room
340 of the same
convention centre where DAC is taking place. The meeting room is on the
upper levels of
the hall.

Agenda:
+ Agenda updates
+ VHDL-RF/MW language requirements update
+ VHDL-RF/MW implementation(s)
+ Standardization activities
+ Action items

Additional presentations related to VHDL-RF/MW are welcome. If possible,
please
contact John Willis (chair) ahead of time with details. Overheads are
possible but
certainly not required. I do not believe we will have a beamer available.

This is an open meeting, potentially subject to US/EU government export
controls. If
you are not a US/Canadian or EC national and plan to attend, please let me
know ahead
of time and we will attempt to find out what the applicable requirements
are.

------------- Notes -------------------------------------------------------------------

On Thursday of this week Joshua Johnson will be presenting an interaction
session
on VHDL-RF/MW at the International Microwave Symposium in Seattle.
