Agenda unanimously approved.

Review and approve minutes from last meeting

Ernst agreed to approve the Minutes of the April 9, 2011 meeting. The May 7, 2012 meeting was moved to May 14, 2012.

Status of the reference implementation

There was marginal progress compared to the last meeting.

Discussion open questions concerning a standard proposal

Ernst had a discussion in the VHDL group about usage of protacted types. He will check how protected types can be used to hide type declarations. A problem might be that protected types can onlx be used for variables.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that restrictions for the PREAPARE_TABLE_DATA function to read in Touchstone files must be avoided. An open issue is how to declare file headers and functionality of functions that shall read data in other file formats.

The next web meeting is planned on Monday, July 9, 2012 at 8am PDT or 17:00 CEST.
