---++ Spaceship Recovery Mission

During 1076-2019 our spaceship crashed (bidirectional connections).   

It is time to repair our spaceship.  

The 2019 proposed LCS is at:  http://www.eda-twiki.org/cgi-bin/view.cgi/P1076/LCS2016_070  

This is a compilation of the issues that were surfaced during 2019 balloting.   Note that in this case, closed does not mean issue addressed, instead the spaceship was removed from the LRM.
