   * Jim: Does a mark up version of VHDL-2008 showing changes from VHDL-2002 exist.
   * 124: Marked as fixed: hread, oread, ... that understands '_'
   * 122: Marked as WontFix: Syntactic ambiguities in resolution_indication and generalized constraints - 
      * Proposed adding "=&gt;" in a record resolution
      * Making that change now would break existing code.
   * Cliff: 113: IR 2075/2092 impacts closely related array type conversions 
      * Review with John Ries, was a change made in 2008?
   * Peter: 104: String representation not correct for enums which are extended identifiers
